Core yoga workshop focus on proper alignment and meant for everyone at all levels. Workshop covering proper alignment techniques for yoga poses and strategies for avoiding injuries in your practice. Breaking down and practice poses that you’ll most often see in yoga classes, looking at poses where the front leg is neutrally rotated in the pelvis and poses where the front leg is in external rotation.
If you love yoga I want you to be able to practice until you are well into your 90’s, so let’s make your alignment as good as it can be. This workshop is based on my many years of teaching as well as my experienced.
